Plant Manager

Plant Manager leading procurement at a multi-plant agribusiness. Reports to CEO with enterprise-level responsibility; builds and leads a procurement function, driving risk management, strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and visibility into ingredient pricing to enable scalable growth. Core accountabilities include risk assessment of ingredient exposure, reporting to executive leadership, improving inventory turns and working capital efficiency, and standardizing supplier management across volatile markets. Strong emphasis on negotiating long-term supplier contracts, inventory forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and finance to optimize total cost and EBITDA. Industry experience in feed, dairy, grain, fertilizer, or related commodity-driven manufacturing is strongly preferred, with a focus on leadership, performance, and data-driven decision making.
