Job Summary
Plant Manager responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and operational excellence of the manufacturing facility. Lead a safety-first culture, ensure compliance with safety regulations, drive on-time delivery and operational efficiency, manage budgets and costs, and develop high-performing teams. Responsibilities include leading production planning, collaborating across functions (Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance), driving lean and continuous improvement initiatives, implementing corrective actions, and fostering an inclusive, accountable environment. The role emphasizes shaping culture, building future leaders, and delivering exceptional results for customers while maintaining quality, safety, and employee development as core priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including leadership of managers and supervisors
- Demonstrated success leading manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality, production, maintenance, and continuous improvement principles
- Experience managing budgets, operational metrics, and business performance
- Proven ability to lead change, develop teams, and drive measurable business results
