Job Summary
Direct and control overall plant activities for Ezurio's Irvine, CA operations, including planning, budgeting, cost control, and maintaining safe production standards. Manage the warehouse, quality, end-of-line testing, planning, and SMT operations while establishing shift production schedules and implementing Lean methodologies. Oversee the manufacturing and operations team to maximize return on assets, conduct performance reviews, and foster a motivated staff through mentorship and coaching. Confer with department heads to coordinate purchasing, production, and shipping, and manage customer relations and new business development strategies. Maintain individual skills and establish management practices that ensure positive employee involvement and continuous improvement in safety, quality, and cost reduction.
Required Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of operations financials
- Strong ability to overcome technical challenges
- Strong and proven project execution and follow up skills
- Strong Lean & Six Sigma experience with CIP mindset
- SMT manufacturing / Electronics Manufacturing experience
- Oracle NetSuite ERP proficiency
- Minimum of 10 +years of Plant Management experience in high volume high mix
- P/L ownership and financial literacy
- Project Management experience
- CIP leadership experience utilizing Lean & Six Sigma methods
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar degree desired. Experience in lieu of education may be considered
- Change Management experience
