Job Summary
Lead plant operations by driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team culture through a Lean Operating System. Provide vision for production, materials, quality, and engineering teams while inspiring leadership development. Collaborate with cross-functional groups to execute strategic initiatives, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements that reduce waste and enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and champion key behaviors of People First, We Work Together, and We Learn and Grow. Work Monday through Friday between 6 am and 6 pm, with potential travel up to 15% for business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- 3+ years as a Plant or Operations Manager
- proven track record of implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing principles

- Must be available for travel up to 15% depending on business needs
- Must be available to work between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday
- Must be available to work at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
- Must be eligible for E-Verify
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar experience
- ERP systems experience
