Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
- Proven track record in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, develop budgets, and drive cost reduction initiatives
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Experience with relevant safety regulations and quality management systems
Desired Qualifications
