Job Summary
Direct and coordinate mining production operations for an aggregates facility, overseeing quarry development, crushing, material handling, and subcontractor management. Ensure safety and environmental compliance per MSHA and company standards, lead and supervise multiple shifts, and manage cost-efficiency and quality goals. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 7 years in aggregates operations management, with strong leadership, financial, and communication skills.
