Job Summary
As Plant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a power plant facility, including directing and coordinating plant operations, managing human resources and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will handle budget management, propose equipment modifications, and maintain safety programs. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role in power plant management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory/managerial experience
- Minimum of 10+ years understanding of electrical generation power plants
