Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day plant operations, including production scheduling, equipment maintenance, and supply management to ensure on-time shipments and quality standards. Lead and manage multiple department leads and production staff through daily meetings, toolbox talks, and performance feedback. Drive safety, quality, and process improvements by participating in investigations, audits, and the development of 1-3-5 year operational plans. Manage the production budget, asset planning, and technical assistance to production technicians while interfacing with commercial teams on quality issues. Develop local business strategy and cultivate a culture of personal accountability for safety and quality metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 Years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Lab Management, or Quality Management
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering preferred, Or no degree and 10 years in directly related operations experience
