Job Summary
Lead all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse while supporting a team of approximately 30 employees to start a new facility from the ground up. Build and lead a high-performing team, maintaining a safe work environment and clear accountability for safety. Drive daily execution with urgency and strong operational discipline, ensuring compliance with OSHA, FDA, PMO, BRC, and GMP regulations. Manage plant performance through labor, site budget, materials, and cost control while establishing systems that combine craftsmanship with data-driven decision-making. Develop leaders through training and coaching, oversee key vendors, and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. Establish a culture of ownership and integrity. Open to relocation with support available.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience building, launching, or scaling operations
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being on the production floor
- High integrity
- Strong commitment to product quality and consistency
- Builder mindset, you're comfortable creating systems, not just maintaining them
- Comfortable using data and tools to improve operations and decision-making
- Open to relocation
