Job Summary
Lead a team of approximately 60 employees in an efficient and safe production environment, holding ultimate responsibility for safety, quality, production, maintenance, and environmental compliance. Manage the full process from raw material extraction to automated ceramic production while monitoring results via KPIs and dashboards to drive operational excellence. Optimize production organization across safety, technology, organization, and logistics, and provide leadership to five direct reports with a focus on coaching and development. Maintain strong relationships with trade unions and participate in social negotiations, while collaborating strategically with the BU Manager Wall and central departments on personnel, product development, and investments.
Required Qualifications
- Masterdiploma in een technische richting.
- Ongeveer 10 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een geautomatiseerde productie- of procesomgeving.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een kritische blik op bestaande processen, met een focus op optimalisatie.
- Ervaring met (proces)techniek, budgetbeheer en teammanagement.
- Bewezen trackrecord in het aansturen, motiveren en coachen van een team.
- Vermogen om verandering te stimuleren en medewerkers te laten groeien in verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief.
- Een zelfstandige, proactieve en resultaatgerichte mindset.
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
Desired Qualifications
- Bij voorkeur ervaring met het werken in een ploegensysteem.
