Plant Manager

Lead plant operations across engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, tooling, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure quality parts and on-time delivery while maintaining a safe work environment. Direct and develop 15-500 staff through subordinate supervisors, implement and monitor continuous improvement processes (including 5S and lean practices) to reduce defects and improve operating efficiency, and manage budgeting, reporting, and inventory to meet financial metrics. Collaborate with Process and Tooling Engineering to launch or take over products, support launches with operational resources, and participate in reviews. Ensure compliance with ISO/TS requirements, Toyota production systems, Kanban, and MRP II Class A systems; address health, safety, environment, and policy adherence; and adapt plans based on market demands and competitive activity.
