Job Summary
Plant Manager responsible for the organization and day-to-day management of plant operations, optimizing production capacity, allocating resources, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement. Lead and develop team members, monitor production output and quality, ensure on-time shipping, analyze data to identify waste, and implement strategies aligned with company goals. Requires multi-tasking across projects, strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with MS Office; must hold a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or agriculture
- 3+ years manufacturing management experience or 10+ years of extensive feed mill experience
- Valid driver's license
