Job Summary
Manage daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics to ensure adherence to customer specifications and on-time delivery. Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations while overseeing quality control systems to meet automotive industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001). Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement programs, championing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to drive efficiency gains and reduce scrap rates. Lead and coach plant staff to achieve performance goals and serve as the primary contact for customer audits and technical inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing plant operations and large teams
- LSS Certifications
