Job Summary
Lead multi-site manufacturing operations in the Americas Service Division from Florence, SC, overseeing production, engineering, procurement, quality, continuous improvement, and logistics across sites; drive manufacturing strategy, improve technology and capabilities, and execute continuous improvement to boost profitability, quality, and operational performance while ensuring safety, compliance, and adherence to global/local policies; build high-performing teams through organizational design, talent development, and strategic planning, with an emphasis on budgeting and long-term capability building.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration or technical field
- 15+ years of experience in operations, with experience in manufacturing and multiple lines in production
- Experience in service business, specific knowledge of Electrification business and products
- Prior experience with high mix, low volume product lines in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership capability with a history of change management
- Ability to travel to multiple sites around 25% of the time, or as needed
