Job Summary
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of an industrial food production facility, overseeing complex mixing, pasteurization, and quality control processes. Implement production workflows to support the transition from semi-industrial to fully industrial-scale manufacturing while working hands-on with new large-scale machinery. Train and mentor staff in industrial processes, ensuring high-quality standards and operational efficiency without excessive focus on corporate reporting. Address production challenges directly to bridge the team's gap in expertise for major brand equipment. Requires fluent Spanish and English, significant experience in dairy or cheese manufacturing, and flexibility for Miami, FL relocation.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in large-scale industrial food production
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Willing to relocate to Miami, including candidates from anywhere in the Americas
- Open to candidates currently in the U.S. on a visa (H1-B sponsorship considered)
- Strong knowledge of pasteurization, mixing processes, and quality control in food production
- Hands-on leader with a practical approach rather than a corporate managerial focus
- Must adapt to and manage new large-scale industrial machinery similar to those used by major brands (e.g., Sabory, Bresler)
- Must ensure a seamless transition from semi-industrial to fully industrial production while maintaining quality and efficiency
