Job Summary
Lead plant operations across manufacturing, packaging, inventory and distribution; oversee Engineering, Quality, Safety and Maintenance to ensure safety, quality, and performance; drive achievement of production schedules and cost targets; develop and lead staff, implement manufacturing strategies, and ensure GMP/SQF compliance; collaborate with sales, customer service, loading, shipping, purchasing, receiving and finance to meet customer and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field required. MBA, Masters, or degree in food science/technology or engineering preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment required. 10+ years in food and/or packaging preferred.
- 5+ years of direct managerial experience required.
