Job Summary
Lead daily warping and knitting operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and delivery goals; drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement; monitor KPIs (OEE, scrap, downtime, productivity); mentor and develop supervisors and production teams; collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain to optimize performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- 3+ years managing warping and knitting operations
- Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, yarn preparation, warping, and knitting technologies
- Experience leading large production teams
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with ERP and manufacturing systems
- Experience in automotive textiles or technical textile manufacturing
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with ISO/IATF quality systems
- Multi-shift manufacturing leadership experience
