Job Summary
Plant Maintenance Technician responsible for repairing and maintaining the concrete plant per industry standards and factory specifications. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment for defects and safety issues, performing repairs with proper tools, troubleshooting issues, documenting work and submitting progress reports, ensuring on-time delivery of completed work, complying with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, working overtime as needed, and adhering to company policies. Must have 3+ years of maintenance experience, ability to travel to other locations, proficiency in electrical diagnostics and repair (110v and 480v), strong reading comprehension, manual dexterity, and ability to safely operate power/hand tools and lift up to 50 lbs. Welding experience is preferred but not required. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with competitive wages and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience as a maintenance technician
- Ability to travel to other locations to assist with plant repair
- Proficient in electrical diagnostics and repair, specifically 110v and 480v
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Manual dexterity and good judgement
- Ability to operate power and hand tools and other equipment safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; maneuver in/out and around concrete plant
- Welding experience is preferred, but not required
