Plant Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Relocation)

Job Summary
Lead maintenance teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance, and machine repairs across plant equipment, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse. Oversee maintenance planning and scheduling in collaboration with Production; develop and implement maintenance systems (PM/TPM/SOPs) and ensure compliance with USDA regulations. Monitor and report on KPIs for maintenance performance; provide status updates to management. Drive crisis management and continuity; coach and develop staff; manage documentation and inventory. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with expertise in ammonia refrigeration, boilers, PLCs, instrumentation, mechanical and electrical systems. Relocation package available and relocation support provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Engineering or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required
- Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching or mentoring to less experienced staff or through managing a process or project
- Able to lead problem solving and troubleshooting efforts associated with high-level process issues
