Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery, troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency. Inspect, test, and maintain mechanical systems in accordance with safety standards while collaborating with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. The role requires demonstrated mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to read technical manuals. Starting pay is $25.50 per hour with a 401(k) plan and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision.
