Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment while troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, maintain accurate maintenance records, and collaborate with team members to optimize plant operations. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read technical manuals and blueprints, and proficiency with hand and power tools. Candidates must commit to safety and quality standards, including physical demands such as lifting up to 80 pounds and working in environments with moving mechanical equipment and inclement weather. Starting pay is $27.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
