Plant Maintenance - Master Data Role

Job Summary
Coordinate with remote teams to manage customer delivery and quality control for maintenance master data. Assist the Maintenance Excellence team with SAP data extractions, report generation, and user testing while developing templates to automate data processes. Clarify change requests from business stakeholders and mentor on technical requirements. Collaborate with site operations, maintenance planning, reliability engineering, and HSEF to align data with plant needs. Develop KPIs and reports for senior management projects. Execute data improvement and migration projects owned by the CMMS team.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering in Mechanical or Instrumentation/Electrical
- Experience in Oil & Gas domain for Upstream/ Midstream or Refinery Plant Maintenance
- Experience in Maintenance Master Data Management (Knowledge of Asset updates/Maint Updates/Doc Updates in SAP)
- Strong knowledge of SAP PM module- Technical/Functional
- Thorough understanding of Engg Docs (P&ID, Work Instructions, Data sheets ///etc.) and operations of O&G operator
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Maintenance & Operations
- Reliability trained or experienced
- Understanding of SAP based developments (CDS views, Query)
- Knowledge of Automated tools (LSMW or other tools)
