Job Summary
Plant Maintenance Manager to lead a multi-craft maintenance team in a TPM-driven environment. Responsibilities include directing and mentoring maintenance staff, overseeing preventive and reactive maintenance, auditing PM schedules and CMMS performance, troubleshooting production machinery and controls, managing maintenance budgets and capital projects, and ensuring safety compliance (LOTO, Arc Flash, PPE) per NEC, UL508A, and NFPA 79. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and staff development within a TPM-valued manufacturing setting. Relocation assistance is provided, and the position requires eligibility to work in the United States with flexibility for 40+ hours and on-call duties. Reports to the Production/Plant Manager.
Required Qualifications
- AA or BS in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred)
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance management experience
- Advanced understanding of electrical test equipment
- Strong knowledge of machine functions and sequence of operations
- Proficiency in reading electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings
- Advanced industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic skills
- Experience troubleshooting PLC I/O and networking
- Experience with AC and DC Drive/Motor PMs, wiring, programing, and troubleshooting
- Motion Training with Servo Drives and Motors
- Strong leadership, time management, and task prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
