Plant Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Plant Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance operations at the Dyersburg facility, including preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance; leads a maintenance-technician team; ensures safety and compliance with OSHA, HACCP, IFS, ISO-14001; manages projects and budget; drives continuous improvement and equipment reliability through electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, PLCs, VFDs, and automation. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent with Business Management) and 5-10 years in a food manufacturing maintenance/engineering management role, with experience on Krones/VDB equipment and related fillers/cappers/packers/labelers. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, ERP/MMS proficiency, and boiler certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience with a Business Management degree
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a Maintenance or Engineering management role within a food manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with Krones, VDB equipment, and/or fillers, cappers, tray packers, and labelers is a significant plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and ERP/MMS systems
- Experience with PLC programming, VFDs, and other industrial automation systems
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, HACCP, IFS, and ISO-14001 standards
- Boiler certification is preferred
