Job Summary

Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day and long-term maintenance of plant systems at a combined cycle power plant and integrated central heating/cooling plant. Manages preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for gas and steam turbines, HRSGs, chillers, water treatment, electrical systems, instrumentation, and control networks. Leads maintenance team, supervises contractors, enforces safety and regulatory compliance, administers CMMS, manages spare parts inventories, budgets, and cost controls. Collaborates cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and QA/QC to ensure reliability and performance. Develops detailed work scopes, technical specifications, and bid evaluations; maintains documentation and records; supports recruitment and performance management of maintenance staff; requires strong technical, leadership, and communication skills and knowledge of relevant codes (ASME, NFPA, NEC).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 10 years of maintenance management experience in a power generation or industrial plant environment.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in power plant maintenance, including both gas and steam turbine systems.
  • Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a maintenance team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, controls, and industrial network infrastructure.
  • Proven experience with rotating equipment, industrial refrigeration systems, and predictive maintenance methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards, including ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, NFPA, and NEC.
  • Experience with Aeroderivative Gas Turbines is considered a strong asset.
