Job Summary
Lead monthly and daily production planning aligned with S&OP inputs, capacity constraints, and supplier capabilities. Define materials requirements planning (MRP/DRP) to ensure optimal supply availability and oversee inbound logistics for timely receipt and storage of raw materials. Manage internal warehouse operations, including raw materials and WIP, to maintain stock accuracy and inventory control while developing strategies to balance availability and working capital efficiency. Monitor supplier delivery performance, track logistics KPIs, and champion the plant's WCM Logistics Pillar through continuous improvement actions. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver operational excellence targets and foster a strong health, safety, and environmental culture. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team in a global manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management within an industrial environment
- Proven expertise in: Production & material planning, Warehouse operations & inventory management and ERP/WMS implementation and optimization
- Strong experience managing operational teams in manufacturing environments
- Solid understanding of ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) and logistics KPIs
- Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities
- Fluency in French and English
