Job Summary
Cleans and visually inspects railcars before transfer, connects or disconnects loading arm hoses, and inspects for leaks while weighing railcars and completing paperwork. Examines track lists to plan railcar movement, operates trackmobiles or locomotives to safely move railcars, and communicates with team members, leadership, and customer contacts. Performs any other assigned duties to complete job tasks. Requires a valid Driver's License or TWIC card depending on location, fluent English proficiency, and regular on-site attendance. Includes paid on-the-job training, drug screen, physical, and background check.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- legally able to work in the U.S.
- Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
- Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
- Speak, write, read fluent English
- Regular on-site attendance and punctuality
- valid Driver's License
- valid TWIC card
