PLANT KEY USER H/F

Key User SAP H/F for maintenance-related information systems. Responsibilities include ensuring and stabilizing the use of GMAO within the defined scope, enforcing PMOPS standards (PM, MM, WM, BW, DMS), managing access to SAP modules (PM, MM, WM, BW, DMS), handling parameter change requests (tables, costs), assisting technicians with master data changes (technical posts, equipment, bills of materials, maintenance plans), centralizing and qualifying user requests and communicating improvement needs to the central team, providing first-level technical support, conducting training sessions and upskilling teams, participating in data quality audits, documenting and deploying best practices, lessons learned, and system evolution supports, ensuring standardized practices and user training, contributing to knowledge sharing with other Key Users, and supporting geographic mobility. The role requires good knowledge of information systems, ideally SAP, and a professional level of English in a work context.
