Job Summary
Manage equipment parts inventory across warehouse and plant locations, maintaining records, item setup, pricing, and reorder points within the ERP system. Review plant purchase requirements to issue purchase orders, source suppliers for competitive pricing, and expedite critical spare parts to support operational needs. Monitor inventory levels, investigate variances, conduct regular reviews, and prepare reports on performance, aging, and procurement metrics. Support bidding processes, purchasing procedures, and contract management while ensuring supplies remain available for safe, efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3–7 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Experience working with ERP and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, inventory control, and purchasing processes
- Ability to travel periodically to support inventory reviews at other locations
