Job Summary
Manage equipment parts inventory across warehouse and plant locations, maintaining records, item setup, pricing, and reorder points within the ERP system. Review plant purchase requirements to issue purchase orders, expedite critical spare parts, and source suppliers for competitive pricing. Monitor inventory levels, investigate variances, and conduct regular reviews while preparing reports on performance, aging, and procurement metrics. Support bidding processes, purchasing procedures, and contract management activities. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–7 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain, with the ability to travel periodically for inventory reviews at other locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3–7 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Experience working with ERP and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, inventory control, and purchasing processes
- Ability to travel periodically to support inventory reviews at other locations
