Job Summary
Manage equipment parts inventory across warehouse and plant locations, maintaining records, item setup, pricing, and reorder points within the ERP system. Review plant purchase requirements to issue purchase orders, expediting critical spare parts while monitoring inventory levels and investigating variances. Source and evaluate suppliers to secure competitive pricing, support bidding processes, and prepare reports on inventory performance and procurement metrics. Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–7 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain. Ability to travel periodically to support inventory reviews at other locations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3–7 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Experience working with ERP and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, inventory control, and purchasing processes
- Ability to travel periodically to support inventory reviews at other locations
