Job Summary
Manage equipment parts inventory across warehouse and plant locations while maintaining records, item setup, pricing, and reorder points within the ERP system. Review plant purchase requirements to issue purchase orders, expediting critical spare parts to support operational needs. Monitor inventory levels, investigate variances, and conduct regular reviews to ensure accuracy. Source and evaluate suppliers for competitive pricing and reliable service, supporting bidding processes, purchasing procedures, and contract management activities. Prepare reports on inventory performance, aging inventory, and procurement metrics. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–7 years of experience in inventory management or procurement. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3–7 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Experience working with ERP and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, inventory control, and purchasing processes
- Ability to travel periodically to support inventory reviews at other locations
