Job Summary
Manage equipment parts inventory across warehouse and plant locations while maintaining records, item setup, pricing, and reorder points within the ERP system. Review plant purchase requirements to issue purchase orders, expedite critical spare parts, and source suppliers for competitive pricing. Monitor inventory levels, investigate variances, conduct regular reviews, and prepare reports on performance, aging, and procurement metrics. Support bidding processes, purchasing procedures, and contract management activities. Requires 3–7 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain, with knowledge of manufacturing operations and periodic travel to other locations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3–7 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Experience working with ERP and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, inventory control, and purchasing processes
- Ability to travel periodically to support inventory reviews at other locations
