Job Summary
Plant Inventory Control Associate focuses on maintaining accurate inventory levels in the ERP/WMS environment, executing inbound/outbound inventory operations, and performing daily audits and cycle counts. Responsibilities include creating purchase orders, processing recycle and destruction loads, managing finished goods and raw materials per guidelines, handling non-conforming material in Agile, coordinating inbound receipts and intercompany transfers, ensuring accurate Oracle ERP transactions (Receiving, WIP, Non-Conforming), maintaining inventory integrity through daily audits, generating and validating inventory reports by SKU/sub-inventories, and organizing warehouse storage for efficient distribution. The role requires strong attention to detail, safety and GMP compliance, collaboration with leadership, and the ability to perform year-end physical counts. Preferred competencies include safety focus, continuous improvement, effective communication, and adaptability. Education required: High School Diploma or GED; forklift certification preferred. Experience: 2 years in field/manufacturing environment and 2 years in the position; more experience preferred. Work is full-time, night shift in Dallas, TX, with benefits package for regular full-time team members.
