Job Summary
Support daily plant operations and contribute to safe, efficient production. Perform general labour tasks including cleanup, material handling, and basic maintenance. Assist equipment operators and plant personnel as directed. Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe worksite at all times. Demonstrate ability to lift, stand, and work outdoors; maintain attention to detail; follow instructions; be dependable and team-oriented; adapt to changing operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Demonstrated ability to work safely in an industrial or production setting
