Job Summary
Monitor, diagnose, and treat pest and disease infestations on client landscapes by selecting appropriate products and applying treatments safely. Conduct daily inspections of trees and shrubs across a specific territory, documenting conditions in written diagnostic reports to educate clients and ensure satisfaction. Operate service-line vehicles with a valid driver's license while completing required trainings to obtain necessary certifications. This role requires working outdoors and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license to operate service-line vehicles
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
- Willingness to complete required trainings to obtain needed certifications & licenses
- Desire to work outdoors
- The responsibility and independence to work autonomously
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- A Degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Plant Pathology, Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, Turf-grass, or similar experience preferred
