Job Summary
Monitor, diagnose, and treat pest and disease infestations on client landscapes by selecting appropriate products and applying treatments safely. Conduct inspections to identify problems in trees and shrubs, then deliver written diagnostic reports to educate clients and ensure satisfaction. Operate service-line vehicles to visit properties in your specific territory while maintaining quality and safety standards. Complete required trainings to obtain necessary certifications and licenses. Valid driver's license and willingness to work outdoors are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license to operate service-line vehicles
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
- Willingness to complete required trainings to obtain needed certifications & licenses
- Desire to work outdoors
- The responsibility and independence to work autonomously
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs
- A willingness to learn
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- A Degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Plant Pathology, Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, Turf-grass, or similar experience
