Job Summary

Inspect plant material to identify pests, diseases, or other concerns, then select and apply appropriate treatments to promote plant health. Prepare written diagnostic reports and educate clients about their landscape while operating spray and application equipment safely. Work independently to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction within a specific territory. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in protecting and enhancing the natural environment. Required Qualifications

  • A valid driver's license with the ability to operate service-line vehicles
  • Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
  • The ability to work independently with responsibility and care
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills to engage with clients effectively
  • Willingness to learn plant/tree identification and safe equipment use
  • Commitment to completing required training and obtaining necessary certifications and licenses
  • A degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Plant Pathology, Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, Turfgrass—or related experience (preferred)
