Job Summary
Oversee all plant areas to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and service while developing budgets and carrying out plans to meet financial targets. Set long and short-term direction through goal planning, optimize production and delivery schedules with partners, and ensure accurate inventory accounting. Identify and implement training programs, monitor employee performance, and delegate inventory oversight according to policies. Direct safety best practices, ensure proper equipment maintenance, and analyze problems using strong judgment. Requires previous manufacturing management experience, knowledge of truss and wall panel production, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a manufacturing/construction environment
- Strong understanding of the production of trusses and wall panels
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements
- Possess knowledge in scheduling and shipping methods
- Ability to use strong judgment in analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating problems
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company
