Job Summary
Operate machinery and equipment to transform raw materials into final high-quality products for customers. Execute front-line production processes including packaging, while strictly adhering to all safety processes, standard operating procedures, and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, multi-task to meet fast-paced production demands, and collaborate with Leads and Management to complete daily assignments. Demonstrate the ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English, adapting quickly to changes and troubleshooting as needed. Work the 3rd shift from 10pm to 6am Monday through Friday, with weekends, overtime, and holidays available as required.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- 1 year or more of work experience in any industry
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Strong collaboration, communication skills
- Always respectful
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
- Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
- Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods
- Areas where dust and chemicals are present
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
- Machine operation experience
- Forklift experience
