Job Summary
Plant Foreman responsible for supervising day-to-day production and inventory for sand & gravel operations; manages plant equipment, delegates tasks to team members, plans and adjusts activities; communicates with sales/management on material needs; reports production metrics and ensures safety, PPE use, and compliance. Requires ability to operate heavy equipment, plant maintenance experience, and multi-priority coordination with site leadership. Willing to work flexible hours; duties include maintenance planning, daily reporting, inventory management, and directing plant laborers and equipment operators to meet production goals.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to operate Heavy Equipment
- Plant maintenance experience required
