Job Summary
Plant Finance Head will lead overall financial activities at the plant, including end-to-end P&L management, costing, inventory controls, month-end closure, MIS, budgeting, Capex review, process controls, and compliance, while partnering with Site Head and SLT to achieve financial KPIs. Key duties include product costing and TVC savings, BOM/recipes review, SOP/GL provisioning, asset tagging, and ensuring SOX/compliance, with SEZ-specific tax and compliance responsibilities. The role emphasizes financial planning, operational excellence, and business insights to improve margins and market share, requiring CMA/CA credentials and 5+ years in manufacturing finance.
