Job Summary
Facilities Maintenance Technician at Visionary Broadband to repair and upgrade Visionary building sites, coordinate vendors/contractors, perform facility checks, climb tower sites, assemble electronic equipment in racks/cabinets, and perform telecom cabling (RF/ground/power/telecommunications); requires on-call duty, strong communication, and ability to travel regionally. Includes on-call pay and cell phone reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver license
- Insurable to drive a company vehicle
- Able to climb a ladder
- Willing to travel 30-40% of the time
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Able to work on-site at tower locations
- Climb and work at tower heights
- Telecom installation of RF/ground/power/telecommunications cabling
