Job Summary
Senior Technician responsible for diagnosing and resolving the most complex equipment failures, leading high-complexity repair/installation projects for key manufacturing equipment, mentoring technicians on advanced troubleshooting techniques and operation of new equipment, and analyzing equipment performance data to identify trends and implement improvements to maintenance procedures to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Works with engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance on the production floor with a high degree of independence.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years in technical support
- Associate’s degree or advanced technical certification highly preferred
- Broad knowledge of complex electromechanical systems, robotics, and PLCs
- Problem-Solving Excellence in troubleshooting complex equipment issues
- Leadership capability to work independently and lead technical projects from inception to completion
- Analytical mindset to interpret equipment data for proactive maintenance and process improvements
