Job Summary
Lead manufacturing engineering, maintenance, machine shop operations, plant security, waste treatment, safety & environmental management, and facility improvement projects at a 300-employee plant in Honea Path, SC. Manage annual operation budgets (including capital budget), optimize floor space utilization and utilities, coordinate equipment relocation and installation, ensure compliance with waste treatment regulations and hazardous-substance handling, and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while supporting operational imperatives and strategic projects.
Required Qualifications
- BS (business) or BSE with at least 7 years manufacturing leadership experience
- Preferred Qualifications & Skills: MBA or ME with at least 4 years manufacturing leadership experience
