Job Summary
Oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment to maintain proper functionality and efficiency. Responsible for researching and developing new designs and projects to improve manufacturing processes, proposing budgets for projects, and supervising all activities related to each project. Monday–Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm with occasional weekends to support a 24/7 site; 5% travel. Eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation based on performance. Background check for criminal history is described as a necessary measure to protect the business and staff. Location: Birmingham, AL, United States.
