Job Summary
Plant Engineering Manager responsible for driving plant-wide engineering strategy, overseeing capital projects across utilities, wastewater, and ammonia systems, and providing technical leadership in automation, process improvement, and production design. Manages the Utilities team to ensure high performance and regulatory compliance, partners cross-functionally to drive improvements in safety, quality, sanitation, cost control, labor relations, and customer service, and develops 1–5 year capital investment plans in collaboration with Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, and Finance teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., food, pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical)
- Proven experience managing capital projects involving utilities, wastewater, and/or ammonia systems
