Plant Engineering Manager

Job Summary
Design, construct, maintain, and repair plant equipment and machinery while establishing standards for operating procedures and inspection. Manage routine facility maintenance duties including electrical infrastructure, chilled water systems, HVAC, compressed air, and water farm systems. Develop monitoring systems to evaluate facility health and coordinate preventative maintenance through in-plant labor and outside services. Lead technicians to accomplish engineering tasks, perform hands-on work for product water systems, filtration, CIP, and sanitation, and drive cost-saving projects. Ensure overall plant safety by advocating for team member safety and continuously improving safety behaviors and culture. Maintain regular, predictable attendance.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 6 Years – Experience in Position
- 6 Years – Experience managing people/projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related field
- Regular and predictable attendance
