Job Summary
Plant Engineering Manager at Clorox Canada — leads engineering and maintenance functions for safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant operations; oversees capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility maintenance; ensures environmental and safety regulatory compliance; drives continuous improvement to optimize productivity, asset lifecycles, and financial outcomes; partners with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Corporate Engineering to deliver productivity, quality, cost reduction, and operational excellence; mentors engineering talent and champions engineering standards, maintenance strategies, and best practices; onsite in Orangeville, Ontario.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree (P.Eng preferred) or equivalent experience
- 8+ years engineering experience in manufacturing
- 8+ years supervising technical staff
- experience with capital projects, maintenance, asset management, environment, health & safety
- SAP experience is an asset
- strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
- ability to lead continuous improvement and operational excellence
