Job Summary
The Plant Engineer is responsible for maintaining operational equipment conditions and minimizing downtime in the Fresno plant. The role includes developing maintenance programs, offering training to new employees, and ensuring adherence to safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering/maintenance management capacity in a manufacturing environment
- 3 years’ experience in a food processing/manufacturing plant
- Familiar with OSHA regulations and AIB standards
- Strong leadership, computer, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Exposure to Quality Systems/Lean Manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read electrical diagrams
- Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED
